ADHD assessment and treatment
A structured assessment of attention, focus and day-to-day functioning, drawing on your history and any previous reports. If ADHD is diagnosed, we work through treatment options together, including medication where appropriate.

Please note: ADHD assessments are available for people aged 15 and over. I conduct these in a shared care arrangement with a consultant psychiatrist, which means you will also need a one-off appointment with the psychiatrist as part of the process. The psychiatrist charges their own fees separately.
An assessment provides a comprehensive report. It does not guarantee a diagnosis or a prescription for medication, as this depends on the outcome of the assessment.
Initial Consultation
In this first session, I take the time to understand what's been going on for you. This includes your current symptoms, relevant history, and any factors affecting your mental health.
By the end of the appointment, you'll have a clear explanation of what may be happening and a practical plan for treatment and support.

A standard follow-up appointment. We review how you've been since your last session, look at what's working and what isn't, and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment.

An extended appointment for when there's more to work through — a more detailed review of your progress, medication changes, or new concerns that need proper time.
